Making juices to order would require a centrifugal juicer, which exposes it to heat and results in oxidation, nutrient loss, and a duller tasting juice. Although cold-pressing is a more time consuming process, it allows us to ensure the maximum amount of nutrients make it into the bottle and that they won’t degrade for 72 hours from the time we press. One bottle of our cold-pressed juice is the closest thing you’re going to get to 3-5 pounds of raw, organic vegetables, herbs, and fruits.
